As well as a being a skills deliverer, Jo has a strong background in project management and programme roll out for large populations of senior delegates at critical times.
She approaches each client engagement with a relaxed delivery style and a desire always to make the subject matter relevant to the delegates’ roles, experience and work environment so that they in turn can apply the learning in the real world. She describes her objective as: “To bring about an observable and lasting change in their organisation by improving behaviour and performance of their individuals and teams.”
