Paul Loxley - Consultant
In the 25 years that Paul has worked for Huthwaite International, he has gained significant experience across many market segments and a wide range of sales processes.
Huthwaite believes that consultants should ‘walk-the-walk‘ not just ‘talk-the-talk‘ so as a senior Business Development Consultant, Paul is involved in the sale and development of many of Huthwaite‘s largest accounts and is consistently one of their top performers.
He is an extremely skilled trainer in the fields of Complex High Value Selling, Sales Campaign Strategy, Negotiation Skills and Key Account Management. An innovator, he was instrumental in the research and development of Huthwaite’s Marketing and Key Account Management programmes and has developed a variety of highly customised training interventions to address a range of client business issues.
An accomplished facilitator, he has designed and led Board level events for several blue-chip multinationals and has facilitated many ‘real deal‘ workshops - on deals as large as £450m.
Paul develops a genuine consultative relationship with his clients and has consulted on a wide range of issues such as Change Management, Sales Process, competency framework design, sales best practice and new product launches. He is considered by most of his clients to be an effective behaviour change agent and has a track record of having led several of Huthwaite‘s largest and most successful Pan-European training implementations.
He is an experienced Coach and Mentor.
Paul has a range of qualifications including a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA. He was a guest speaker on the Southampton University MA in Sales Management and is a regular guest speaker on several graduate and post-graduate programmes for Sheffield University. He has had many articles published on topics ranging from Key Account Management through to making change happen and has developed and delivered client webinars on a range of different sales related topics.
