Thomas Thielen - Business Development Germany
Thomas is a trainer, coach and consultant with many years of experience in corporate training, programme design and marketing & sales consultancy. He is a partner of Huthwaite International and delivers training in German language, along with his team, on SPIN® Selling, SPIN® Marketing, Negotiation, Account Strategy for Major Sales and SPIN® Coaching.
Prior to his work as a corporate trainer and consultant, Thomas was a practising marketing and sales specialist for several companies in the textile and publishing industries. He has worked in the field of training since 1996 and was Senior Consultant and Team Leader of the Sales Team for PRISMA. Since September 2002 he has been self employed and works with several network partners including Huthwaite.
Thomas has worked with many industries including Financial Services, Energy, Construction, Tourism, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Pharmaceuticals. He specialises in communication skills for sales people, application of management tools, Train the Trainer events, integrated training programmes, workshop facilitation, marketing-consulting and customer satisfaction. He works at all levels within the organisation from front-line sales staff to management and board level. Thomas has a special interest in providing e-learning and blended learning projects for clients. He speaks German, English and French.
