Marco Parenti is a Partner and Senior Consultant at Impact International, based at Impact Italia’s Rome Office. Marco joined Impact in 2002 but has more than 15 years’ experience consulting to clients across Europe in Business Project Reengineering projects and Performance Management Systems, as well as managing and delivering training programmes on organizational competencies and technical skills development. He holds a degree in Economics and post graduate courses and qualifications on organizational analysis and HR development tools.
A major part of his expertise is in Sales Effectiveness, bringing Huthwaite International’s unique approach and IP to his client base: he is qualified as a SPIN® Selling trainer, a SPIN® Coach trainer and a trainer in Huthwaite’s CARE® customer service suite, the PITCH programme for short-cycle selling and the Huthwaite Skilled Negotiator programme – enabling him to lead projects for Impact Italia’s clients covering a range of skills and behaviours to transform their individual and corporate performance. These fit neatly into Marco’s longstanding passion for post sales and customer care, leadership and management, communication and relationship building, public speaking, negotiation, problem solving & decision making, project management, intercultural sensitivity, sales coaching, and team-working.
