The report demonstrates the skills and expertise of specialist consultancies through a series of case studies, including Huthwaite.

Huthwaite has been very involved in the launch of the MCA’s Consultancy Buyers Forum, which engages directly the MCA with buyers of consulting services. Consultancy is a very different type of purchase to most other spend areas and the buying process can often become complex and contentious. The forum creates an environment where consulting firms, clients and procurement professionals can openly discuss these issues and develop and promote best practice.
