Claire joined Huthwaite following a successful career in teaching, training, and sales. She began her career in a pharmaceutical sales role with responsibilty for sales within primary and secondary care, focusing on adding value through educational speaker-led meetings and practice events, before moving into a teaching career. Claire's training skills have been developed through designing, delivering, and evaluating courses as well as managing a Film and Media department. She has also taken on Production and Directing roles within filmmaking accross the East Midlands.
The amalgamation of Claire's training and sales experience has enabled her to work with a range of audiences and clients, and as a result, she is focused on providing an imaginative and enthusiastic style of training. From her experience working with a variety of media, through training, filmmaking, and her Masters degree in Film, Claire believes in finding creative, interactive, and stimulating solutions for clients. She is well accustomed to dealing with people at all levels, from eclectic cultural backgrounds.
Claire enjoys working closely with her clients in order to get to know them and their businesses; this, by extension, enables her to understand the client's world, and the issues associated with their industry.
