Nigel's career history includes sports coaching, nine years service with the Royal Marines and more recently providing training & development consultancy into blue-chip organisations. He recently joined Huthwaite and brings industry experience from manufacturing, government agencies, aerospace and technical service sectors.
As an Engagement Consultant Nigel works with clients at all levels to create, deliver and project manage interventions that bring clear and measurable behaviour change. One of his current projects includes managing a global Sales and Marketing Academy which involves the delivery of a full range of Huthwaite programmes.
He includes cycle racing, tennis and indoor rowing amongst his hobbies and lives with his wife and young daughter in South Yorkshire. He is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
