In over 10 years in training functions, Shaun has extensive experience of working with clients to establish training needs, design of the solution, classroom delivery and evaluation. Shaun has a relaxed training delivery style and works hard to create the right learning environment by making the experience fun and interactive. He also firmly believes that you can't teach anybody anything, and that you can only help them to discover it.
