"3rd party self-serve auction tools have degraded and destroyed the reverse auction market place ... they have damaged integrity and resulted in abuses of power."
That is the view of one senior Procurement executive - and many suppliers would agree. So is there something innately wrong with the concept, or is it just a matter of the way these tools are implemented and managed?
Andrew Moorhouse, Research Consultant at world-renowned Huthwaite International, has led studies into the world of e-auctions and generated some fascinating results, which we will discuss in this Ask The Expert call. Both buyers and sellers will gain insights on how best to use, manage and respond to e-auctions and achieve improved performance.
