Claire is a Business Development Consultant at Huthwaite International.

Her role includes the management and development of key international sales and service performance improvement projects with major clients, across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, IT, healthcare and leisure.

She is comfortable working with a wide range of levels within organisations; from front-line up to CEO level, and has experience of working with both multi-national and boutique clients. Claire is passionate about developing flexible, high-impact, client-focused solutions that bring about measurable improvements in the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.

She uses her understanding of performance improvement in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments to enable behaviour change and improved business outcomes. In particular, Claire is a champion for the development of new skill sets and the commercial application of Huthwaite’s research in the area of ‘Sales Through Service’.

Prior to joining Huthwaite, her roles included working in management and team development in retail, healthcare, public sector, IT, and the leisure industry. Claire holds a postgraduate certificate in management development and a first-class honours degree.
