Claire is a Business Development Consultant who is responsible for the management of a wide range of projects for Huthwaite clients; from short initiatives to major sales academies. She uses her understanding of performance improvements in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments to enable behaviour change in face-to-face and telephone interactions.

Claire is experienced in managing training and development initiatives in a variety of sectors, including IT, health, retail, leisure and communications. Having worked as a seller and account manager prior to becoming involved in training, Claire understands her clients and delegates, and is therefore passionate about developing flexible, high-impact, client-focused solutions that bring about measurable improvements in the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. She holds a postgraduate certificate in management development and a first-class honours degree.
