Sherman is the managing director of Huthwaite Taiwan, responsible for developing local training and sales consultancy business. His aim is to extend Huthwaite global training services in the Mandarin speaking market, and to provide local executions to Huthwaite’s multinational clients.

Sherman has a sales and sales management background in IT and finance industries. He has helped a number of local and international companies to improve their sales results and training efficiency with Huthwaite’s training solutions and reinforcement coaching consultancy.

Sherman joined the Huthwaite global network in 2002 and is one of the most experienced consultants in executing global training projects in Mandarin.
