Senior Manager of the Human Capital Business Unit at SDO Consultoria
Susana has a Masters Degree in Historic Economy and Sociology (Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa) and a Degree in Sociology (Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa).
A former Human Resource Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she has extensive experience in leading Consultancy Projects in the fields of Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Change Management and Training. Susana now manages the Huthwaite International operation in Portugal and is an experienced SPIN® Selling trainer.
