Hill - Rom develops its own internal SPIN® training capability
Hill-Rom, the fast growing supplier of hospital beds and related equipment, continues to extend the use of Huthwaite’s SPIN® Selling Skills programmes.
Hill-Rom has used SPIN® Selling Skills throughout Europe over the past four years, using Huthwaite’s local representatives to deliver the programmes in local languages.
In June this year, the company took the relationship a step further when UK training manager, Andy Jones, attended a Train-the-Trainer event to become a SPIN® accredited trainer. Andy will deliver the programme to Hill-Rom’s UK sales force over the year ahead. This move is part of Hill-Rom’s continuing strategy to win a greater share of the UK market for its high quality equipment.
