Following on from the success of the first ICAP sales conference in 2013 , Huthwaite International will be joining the ICAP for its second sales conference, in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The conference aims to share the latest insights and bring together the latest techniques in sales, negotiation and persuasion, specially designed to help attendees drive sales performance and achieve a higher level of business success.

The agenda will feature international speakers, who will analyse the critical subjects of effective negotiations, and unconventional methods for engaging customers and delivering loyalty.

Included as a keynote speaker will be David Freedman, Associate Direcotor of Huthwaite International, presenting on "Effective Negotiations in a Modern World". David will be sharing insights into negotiation techniques and behaviours, and the myths surrounding negotiation.
