Delivered by Neil Clothier, Business Development Manager at Huthwaite International, you will explore the use of powerful tools for negotiation, based on tried and tested research. It will give you an insight into how top negotiators behave; their strategy and tactics; and how they reach agreement.

The course is built around a specially written case-study, which focuses on the consultancy industry. This case study was designed with the close co-operation of the MCA Academy and MCA members.
