Huthwaite International has spent 40 years researching what it is that the most effective negotiators do differently from anyone else. We have trained 3000 people globally in the last five years alone in negotiation based on this research, helping them to make or save millions.
Aim of the VBA Negotiation Survey
The aim is to identify effective negotiators across the world. The survey gave respondents the opportunity to benchmark their skills against a global set of respondents, and get feedback on the effectiveness of their negotiating strategies.
The Negotiation Survey contained 19 questions, split into 3 parts. Part 1 tested participants knowledge of negotiating tactics and gave feedback. Part 2 tested their knowledge of effective negotiating behaviour, and here they received an overall score. Part 3 asked about negotiating experience.
