Do they have people who understand financial services and my area of business?

Whilst all our consultants work across sectors, in order to broaden their expertise, a sizeable number have considerable experience in banking and insurance, from their background and/or from managing and delivering training to financial services clients. Between them they have wide experience of designing solutions specific to financial services.

Our team is led by Peter Belsey, who has over 20 years experience of working within the financial services sector to bring real improvements in sales results. Peter will probably be your first point of contact with Huthwaite. His role will be to design with you a developmental solution to improve your company's sales performance and ensure you get the project-team you want.

Do these people have the range of capabilities needed to deliver my project?

Many clients focus heavily on the trainers, because it's natural to want to ensure that the people delivering the training have the necessary skills and experience. But, there is obviously a lot more to implementing a successful project than just having good trainers:

Do they have the consultancy skills to ensure the blocks to success are identified and addressed? Have they the design expertise to develop programmes to match the identified needs and the writing skills to develop materials to support the training programme? Do they have project management skills and experience to handle the problems that are sure to arise during implementation?

When it's all over are they able to evaluate the training to ensure that it is making a real difference to performance?

Does the supplier have sufficient resources to deliver the project within my time frame?

So we can assemble a team, with the right blend of skills and experience, to deliver even the largest projects quickly and effectively.
