Make new product launches more successful
Huthwaite worked with Hill-Rom to plan the launch of a new high-tech hospital bed. The project involved both the salesforce and the marketing department in developing a new approach to product launches. The salesforce were trained not just in the features and potential benefits of the new bed but in exploring the potential needs it could satisfy and the added value it could bring to the customers.
The result was a very successful product launch with sales outstripping expectations. We have worked on similar projects with a range of clients in the sector.
