Alison Morris

Alison Morris

Following a successful career in sales and training in the Pharmaceutical industry, Alison joined Huthwaite as a Consultant working across all industry sectors.

She now has the role of Business Director for Healthcare, leading the company's international business development efforts in this area and working with a wide range of companies including research and drug discovery, pharma, equipment, diagnostics and disposables.

An associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alison is a keen advocate of life-long learning and development for all.

Paul Loxley

Paul is a senior training consultant with Huthwaite in the United Kingdom who has worked extensively in the Healthcare sector with organisations such as Guidant Medical and Baxter Healthcare. His interventions have included international projects to improve selling and negotiating skills, product launches, coaching and team working.

Paul has been closely involved with Dr Kevin Wilson and the Sales Research Trust in developing major account and global account planning processes and tools. The results of this work have been applied in client organisations where he has worked with top teams to help clarify their sales strategy and the internal changes needed to support the strategy.

Paul holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Ian Newall

Ian joined Huthwaite UK from our office in South Africa with over 10 years experience of developing and delivering Huthwaite solutions. Ian has extensive experience of negotiation skills both as a trainer and through consultancy projects where he has helped many organisations to reach satisfactory agreements in both sales and industrial relations negotiations.

Ian has worked with a number of Healthcare sector customers including Hill-Rom, BOC Ohmeda and Beckman-Coulter. His projects have included international implementations of selling skills, account strategy and negotiation skills programmes. He has particular experience of helping healthcare companies with the successful launch of new products.

Peter Alfoldi

Peter is a consultant in Huthwaite Hungary working on projects covering market planning; product strategy and salesforce development for a range of international Healthcare clients.

He has a strong background in medical research (Ph. D. MD), psychiatry and marketing and is excellent at transferring scientific developments into business results. After graduating as a medical doctor he worked as a University teacher and researcher in Hungary before moving into a sales and marketing career in the Healthcare sector.

Peter has worked in national and international managerial positions with PCS Health Systems and Eli Lilley & Co where he worked for several years in the USA.

Maria Balint

Maria graduated with a PhD in Pharmaceutical marketing as an economist before working as a product and marketing manager for several international Healthcare companies.

Since moving into consultancy she has helped many clients in the Healthcare sector to improve market planning, develop effective product strategies, improve product launches and develop the skills and efficiency of salesforces.

Maria is especially experienced in therapeutic areas such as Hormone replacement.

János Csébfalvi

Janos is a managing partner in Huthwaite Hungary with over ten years experience of the Healthcare sector. Before moving into consultancy, Janos worked as a sales and marketing manager in major pharmaceutical companies.

His consultancy assignments include developing sales and marketing strategies, product management development, and salesforce skills and efficiency development. He is especially skilled at bridging the gap between strategic management, marketing and sales, where his work has a proven track record of bringing real results for clients.

Janos has worked in therapeutic areas such as CNS, CVS, pain relief, pulmonology, urology and skin care.

Anna Kasperska

Anna has worked with Huthwaite Poland since 1996 as a Key Account Manager, specializing in Healthcare. During the past eight years she has been involved in a wide range of projects for the sector, ranging from training needs analysis and sales effectiveness consultancy to the design and delivery of training programmes. Clients include AGFA Poland, Bayer Diagnostics, Pierre Faber Medicaments, Polfa Kutno Pharmaceuticals, and TZMO.

Anna holds a Master of Science degree from Warsaw University and a degree in Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics.

Before joining Huthwaite, Anna worked in the Marketing Department of the Centre of Laser Technology, a producer of Laser instruments for the Healthcare market.

Peter Faul

Peter is a senior consultant with Huthwaite South Africa who specializes in long-cycle, high-value specialist sales where he can bring his expertise in strategic selling, maximising customer relationships, and partnership development to bear on client projects.

Peter also has wide experience in Human resource development, enterprise resource alignment and leadership development.

Peter has worked extensively with clients such as Schering-Plough, Bayer Diagnostics and Sizwe Medical Aid.

Monika Cameras

Monika has worked for Huthwaite Sweden since 1998 where she has undertaken a large number of sales training projects for clients including Wyeth, Bayer, Baxter Healthcare, Novartis, MSD, and Bard. Many of these projects have included the design and delivery of both selling and coaching skills programmes.

Birgitta Wickholm

Birgitta is a senior consultant with Huthwaite Sweden where she has worked since 1988. Her clients include Novartis, Nutricia, Glaxo and Previa where she has delivered projects aimed at developing both strategic selling and face-to-face selling skills. Several of these projects have been supported by ongoing coaching programmes where sales managers have been trained to support the training effort through field coaching.

Åke Lundahl

Åke is the Managing Director of Huthwaite Sweden, where he has been involved in high-level projects with clients such as Pfizer, Astra, Aventis, Wyeth and Roche. Most of the projects have involved developing high level selling skills and the projects have often included training for sales managers as well as the salesforce.
