David Freedman

David is Business Director for the information technology industry, which encompasses everything from software, services, solutions and hardware providers in the enterprise space, to network infrastructure and application vendors, consumer technology brands and related systems integrators and consultant organisations.

These are the types of companies David served for many years as managing director of Hill Murray Public Relations, and before that The Business Works. During these years (the 1990s) his clients included Logica, BAE Systems, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, BT, Protek, ADC Telecommunications and Actuate. Huthwaite was also a client for many years, before he joined the company.

Before starting his own PR consultancy in 1989, he worked in Paris for three years at IBM's European headquarters, and before that David worked in the engineering secretariat of the UK National Economic Development Office ("Neddy"). He joined Huthwaite in 2002 with a brief to develop our global presence in the IT sector.
