The Civil Aviation Authority discusses the Team-building programme delivered by Huthwaite

Dr John Barrett National Air Traffic Services Director addresses the IPD Conference on the subject of team building at the CAA's new En-Route Centre in Portsmouth. This new air traffic control centre will handle over 1.4 million flights per year and is scheduled to cost £350 million. Huthwaite was involved in a four-year project delivering team-working programmes for all levels of people employed within the centre.
