The study took place between August 2000 and June 2001. WF Electrical engaged Huthwaite International to implement a project to test the business impact of training and coaching their salespeople. Huthwaite implemented training and tracked behaviour change. WF Electrical tracked and measured financial results. A team of people drawn from both companies managed the project implementation.
